You are in South Africa and have time to kill over weekends.We have the activities for you. Lesotho is a country within the borders of South Africa in the majestic Maluti Mountains. The Basothos and their gentle way of African rural life make this a must see adventure.

Experience cultural interaction, sightseeing attractions, Basotho pony rides, Lesotho arts and crafts, high mountain passes and Bushmen Paintings. Come with us up the famous “Sani Pass” into Lesotho and we’ll tell you all about the Basothos.

Tugela Hike

See the highest water-fall in Africa from the top:

Hike in the Drakensberg mouton to the Tugela waterfall The highest (980m) waterfall in the Africa. Here on top off the mouton on the border of Lesotho,
is the beginning off the well known mighty Tugela River flowing through Kwa Zulu Natal into the Indian Ocean.  

On this expedition 2 field guides accompany you.  This is breath taking and a must for all nature lovers. We hade a 58yr “young” lady with us on one of the hikes. The youngest was Jennifer Reid she was 2 years young when her dad took her up. You don’t have to be supper fit to come with, some level off fitness are required.

This can be done in a one day trip or as an overnight weekend break away.Children welcome if they are over 10 years and fit. “Sorry dad you but it is difficult to carry them if they are over this age”
